The aim of this studyto know the strategy law enforcement in suppressing traffic accidents that result death at Mojokerto City Police, to find out factors support and hinder Police death, solutions obstacles an effort suppress resulting death. approach method used is juridical normative socio-logical method, specifications research are descriptive analytical, population sampling methods all objects or symptoms events units be studied, data collection techniques use library interviews, analysis qualitative.
